【摘要】 目的评价卷筒式及反桥式修补术治疗老年女性前盆腔器官脱垂的安全性及疗效。方法 30例65岁以上前盆腔器官中央型脱垂患者,行卷筒式或反桥式修补术,观察手术安全性、疗效,并与60例老年前壁脱垂患者,经传统Kelly-Kennedy修补术的回顾性资料比较。结果老年妇女前盆腔器官脱垂行卷筒式及反桥式修补术安全,术后恢复快,疗效好,复发率低(P<0.05)。结论老年妇女前盆腔器官脱垂行卷筒式及反桥式修补术,安全可行,疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To identify the safety and efficacy of coiling block or anterior vaginal bridge vaginal repair surgery for anterior pelvic organ prolapse(POP) in elderly women. Methods Thirty patients who were≥65 years old, were diagnosed as anterior POP and were underwent coiling block or anterior vaginal bridge vaginal repair surgery. The safety subjects and treatment effect were assessed. Sixty elderly (≥60 years old) patients with Kelly-Kennedy surgery for anterior POP were retrospectively reviewed as control group to compare safety subjects and treatment effect, cure and recurrence rate. Results Coiling block or anterior vaginal bridge vaginal repair surgery in elderly women was safe and effective and the recovery time after the treatment was short(P<0.05). The cure rate was high and the recurrence rate was low(P<0.05). Conclusion Coiling block or anterior vaginal bridge vaginal repair surgery is safe and effective for correction of anterior POP in elderly women.更多还原
