【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜超声刀联合阴式手术,在早期子宫内膜癌治疗中的应用价值。方法自2003年6月至2006年12月,应用腹腔镜超声刀联合阴式子宫切除术治疗早期子宫内膜癌共33例,术前临床分期Ⅰ期32例,Ⅱ期1例;同期对照剖腹手术共36例,术前临床分期Ⅰ期34例,Ⅱ期2例。两组比较疗效、术中及术后并发症。结果腹腔镜超声刀淋巴结切除联合阴式子宫切除术,分期手术彻底,与对照组相比,术中出血量明显减少(P<0.01),术后排气时间早(P<0.05),恢复快,住院时间明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论腹腔镜超声刀淋巴结切除联合阴式子宫切除术,在早期子宫内膜癌治疗中创伤小,疗效肯定,术中术后并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effects of the laparoscopic ultrasonic scalpel on lymphadenectomy combined transvaginal hysterectomy in treatment of endometrial cancer. Methods 33 endometrial cancer patients were performed laparoscopically lymphadenectomy with uhrasonic scalpel combined transvaginal hysterectomy, and 36 endometrial cancer patients were performed extraperitoneal lymphadenectomy and transabdominal uterine hysterectomy and salpingo-oophorectomy. Operation effect, operation and postoperative complication between two groups was Compared. Results LAP Group had a significantly shorter operation and gast rointestinal function recovery time, less average blood loss and no operation and postoperative complication. Conclusion Laparoscopie ultrasonic scalpel laparoseopie ultrasonic scalpel lymphadenectomy combined transvaginal hysterectomy possesses the advantages of shorter operation time, better homeostasis, no damage to around tissues, and fewer operation complications.更多还原
