水溶性维生素粉针与葡萄糖酸钙防治草酸铂神经毒性60例

【摘要】 目的评价水乐维他、葡萄糖酸钙防治草酸铂神经毒性的疗效。方法 FOLFOX4方案:奥沙利铂85mg/m~2静滴2小时,第1天;四氢叶酸钙200mg/m~2,静滴2小时,第1、2天;氟尿嘧啶400mg/m~2静注,第1、2天;氟尿嘧啶600mg/m~2中心静脉注射22小时。2周重复。60例大肠癌患者随机分成2组,每组30例。分别观察水乐维他+葡萄糖酸钙(A 组)与对照组(B 组)的草酸铂神经毒性。结果 A 组、B 组的草酸铂神经毒性发生率分别为30.00%和46.67%,差异有显著性意义。结论水乐维他+葡萄糖酸钙可以减少草酸铂的神经毒性发生,缓解神经毒性症状。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Soluvit and calcium gluconate on oxaliplatin ( L-OHP) -induced neurotoxicity. Methods L-OHP 85mg/m~2,ivgtt,d1; leucovorin(CF) 200mg/m~2,ivgtt,d1-2;5-Fu 400mg/ m~2 , iv, 5-Fu 600mg/m~2,ivgtt CIV 22 h , every 14d. After chemotherapy, sixty colorectalcancer patients were randomly divided into A or B group. The patients of group A received Soluvit for 7days and calcium gluconate 2 g/d,for 5 days. B was control group . All patients were evaluated for peripheral sensory neurotoxicity and rated according to the oxaliplatin specific scale. Results The incidence rate of L-OHP induced neurotoxicity of the groupA, B was 30.00% and 46.67%. Conclusion Combined Soluvit and calciumion may be effective in preventing and overcoming LOHP-induced neurotoxity.
