蓬子菜的化学成分
Chemical constituents from Galiun verum L.
【摘要】 目的对茜草科拉拉藤属植物蓬子菜(Galium verumL.)全草的乙醇提取物进行分离鉴定。方法经反复纯化制备化合物,并通过化合物的理化性质分析、波谱解析、对照品比较及与文献报道对比鉴定化合物的化学结构。结果分离得到7个化合物,根据理化性质和波谱学解析分别鉴定为东莨菪素(1)、阿魏酸(2)、对羟基苯丙酸(3)、香豆酸三十二烷酯(4)、正三十二烷醇(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)和胡萝卜苷(7)。结论化合物1~5为从本属中首次分离得到。
【Abstract】 Aim To investigate the chemical constituents of the 95% EtOH extract of Galium verum L..Methods Seven compounds were isolated by chromatography and identified by spectral data.Results The compounds obtained were identified as scopoletin(1),ferulic acid(2),p-hydroxy-phenylpropionic acid(3),trans-dotriacontyl-coumarate(4),n-dotriacontanol(5),β-sitosterol(6),daucosterol(7).Conclusion Among them,1-5 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
