【Abstract】 Aim In order to search active fesogenyl saponins,a series of derivatives were designed and synthesized.Methods The fesogenin was reacted with monosaccharide donors using the random glycosylation,then the target compounds were formed through the remove of the protecting groups on the sugar moiety.Results and conclusion Tewenty-three synthesized saponins of fesogenin are all new compounds.更多还原
