【摘要】 沙钢650万t钢板系统工程,由3座2500 m3高炉和3座180 t转炉等生产工艺线组成。设计了"一罐到底"的工艺,即把高炉出铁场的铁水罐与到炼钢转炉兑铁水的铁水罐合二为一,取消了炼铁区域的铁水罐修理设施,没有二次倒罐环节,减少了倒罐作业,避免因倒罐引起的铁水温降和环境污染。经过4年的生产实践,取得了较为理想的生产效益和社会效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 The production line of Shasteel 6.5 万t/a iron and steel project is composed of three 2500 m3 blast furnace and three 180 t converters.In this project,with the design idea of "get the ladle done at one go",the process of combining the hot metal ladle of the casthouse into one that for reladling to converter is realized.Thanks to this process,it cancels the hot metal ladle repairing devices of the ironmaking area and become easier due to no reladling operation step.It is good for the hot metal temperature protection and prevents the environment from pollution.This process has been made great benefits and approved practically after four years experienced operation.更多还原
