【摘要】 目的探讨提高分枝杆菌检测的方法,论证超声萃取检测方法。方法1 051份疑似肺结核病人的痰液样品,同时应用涂片、漂浮集菌、超声萃取三种方法检测。结果涂片阳性率3.04%、漂浮集菌阳性率8.66%、超声萃取阳性率16.56%。结论超声萃取检测方法可以提高检出率,利于临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the methods for improving detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis by hyperacoustic method.Methods Sputum specimens of 1 051 cases of suspected pulmonary tuberculosis were simultaneously detected by smear preparations,collection of floating bacteria and ultrasound extraction.Results The positive rates of the specimens were 3.04%,8.66% and 16.56% respectively by smear preparations,collection of floating bacteria and ultrasound extraction.Conclusion Ultrasound extraction can increase the detection rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.It deserves further clinical application.更多还原
