【摘要】 目的了解济南市公安和司法部门被监管人员艾滋病病毒(H IV)感染情况,为制定该类人群防治措施提供科学依据。方法对2005-2008年32 796名被监管人员进行艾滋病感染检测和行为调查及感染者流行病学调查分析。结果检测调查32 796名被监管人员,男性26 341人,女性6 455人;被监管人员中吸毒的占0.98%,性乱占3.19%,有偿供血占2.08%;艾滋病感染率0.20%,感染途径注射毒品占74.24%。结论监管场所内H IV感染率较高,各年间变化不明显,但H IV阳性确认后的管理是大问题,应进一步加强场所内艾滋病感染者的管理和防治知识宣传教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current situation of HIV infection in prisoners and detainees in Jinan City,and to provide scientific evidence for AIDS prevention and treatment strategy.Methods A total of 32 796 prisoners and detainees from 2005 to 2008 were investigated and analyzed for HIV infection and behavior research,as well as epidemiological investigation for infected persons.Results A total of 32 796 people were investigated,in which there were 26 341 males and 6 455 females.Of the investigated persons,0.98% had a history of drug use,3.19% were sexually promiscuous,2.08% had an experience of paid blood donation.0.20% of the monitored were infected by AIDS,74.24% of which were infected through drug injection.Conclusion High rate of infection was discovered in prisons and places of custody.No significant differences were found among years.Management of confirmed HIV positive population remains a problem.Management and education of infected people in prisons and places of custody should be strengthened.更多还原
