膳食营养与学龄儿童呼吸系统健康的相关性研究
Correlation between Diet and Schoolchildren′s Respiratory Health
【摘要】 目的研究膳食营养与学龄儿童肺功能及呼吸道症状的关系,为保护其呼吸系统健康提供依据。方法对广州市2288名学龄儿童平均年龄(10.07±0.86)岁进行问卷调查了解其膳食摄入、呼吸道症状发生情况和肺功能检测,采取协方差分析和Logistic回归模型分析膳食营养与呼吸系统健康的关系。结果随着绿叶蔬菜摄入频次的增加,调查对象肺活量指数显著升高用力肺活量(FVC)Ptrend=0.041,用力呼吸第一秒时间肺活量(FEV1)Ptrend=0.015。在控制了混杂因素后,苹果对夜间咳嗽、感冒时咳痰、感冒时咳嗽、未感冒时咳嗽有保护性作用。牛奶摄入频次与感冒时咳痰、感冒时咳嗽和未感冒时咳嗽发生存在显著的负关联(Ptrend分别为0.017,0.008和0.032)。根茎类蔬菜摄入可降低感冒咳痰、感冒时咳嗽的发生(Ptrend分别为0.009和<0.001)。绿叶蔬菜摄入可降低未感冒时咳嗽的发生(Ptrend=0.038)。鱼和新鲜水果的摄入增加对夜间咳嗽和未感冒时咳嗽有保护性效应。结论膳食营养是保护学龄儿童呼吸系统健康的重要因素。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate correlation between diet and schoolchildren′s lung function and respiratory symptoms. Methods The questionnaire survey on dietary consumption, occurrence of respiratory symptoms and measurements of lung function were conducted in 2 288 childrenage:(10.07±0.86)years.Analyses of covariance and Logistic regression model were performed to explore the relationship between dietary consumption and respiratory health. Results With the increased frequency of vegetable consumption,study subjects showed a significantly higher FVC and FEV1 value(FVC Ptrend=0.041,FEV1 Ptrend=0.015). After adjusting for possible confounders, apple showed a protective effect on cough at night, phlegm with cold, cough with cold and cough without cold . Milk consumption had a protective effect on cough at night, cough with cold and cough without cold (Ptrend=0.017,0.008 and 0.032, respectively). Root vegetables were protective factors for phlegm with cold and cough with cold (Ptrend=0.009 and Ptrend<0.001, respectively). Leaf vegetable consumption reduced the prevalence of cough without cold(Ptrend=0.038).Fish and fresh fruits had protective effect on cough at night and cough without cold . Conclusion Dietary nutrients are important protective factors for children′s respiratory health .
