打顶后施用植物生长调节剂对烤烟钾和烟碱的影响

【摘要】 采用盆栽和田间试验的方法,研究了打顶后施用植物生长调节剂(主要成分为生长素)对烟株钾和烟碱累积以及烟叶中钾和烟碱含量的影响。结果表明,打顶后20d内烟株钾累积量呈下降趋势而烟碱累积量呈上升趋势,施用调节剂后烟株钾累积量的下降和烟碱累积量的上升均受到抑制;施用调节剂能显著提高烟叶中的钾含量、降低烟叶中的烟碱含量;调节剂的施用以有效成分含量为30~60mg/kg、每株施用量为0.8g的效果较好。打顶后施用植物生长调节剂能调节烟株的钾素营养和烟碱的生物合成,从而提高烟叶中的钾含量和降低烟叶中的烟碱含量,有利于改善烟叶品质。

【Abstract】 Pot experiment and field experiment were conducted to determine effects of plant growth regulators(PGR) applied to flue-cured tobacco after topping on accumulation and contents of potassium and nicotine.The results showed that potassium accumulation in tobacco had a decreasing trend in 20d after topping,while nicotine accumulation had an increasing trend.But the changed trend of potassium and nicotine accumulation was inhabited after the application of PGR.In addition,potassium content in tobacco leaves increased significantly and nicotine content decreased significantly after the application of PGR.The optimum PGR level was 30~60 mg/kg,and 0.8 g/plant.PGR applied to flue-cured tobacco after topping can regulate the potassium nutrition and the biosynthesis of nicotine,which can improve the quality of tobacco leaves.
