【Abstract】 Concept of constructing rural intermediary organization was proposed to solve the problems in resource allocation in current tobacco agriculture,while considering issues such as shortage and high price of labor force,fragmentation and high circulation cost of rural land,and low utilization and incomplete service mechanism of agricultural equipment.Functions of intermediary organization in promoting resource circulation and optimizing resource allocation were analyzed.Suggestions were put forward on how to establish intermediary organization in tobacco agriculture.更多还原
