【摘要】 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定驱虫斑鸠菊中紫铆素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为HypersilODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%磷酸溶液(40∶60),检测波长为280nm。结果:紫铆素进样量在0.01～0.5mg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为93.6%,RSD=2.89%(n=9)。结论:本法简单、准确,可用于驱虫斑鸠菊的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method for determination of butin in Vernonia anthemintica.METHODS:The samples were determined on Hypersil ODS column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% H3PO4(40∶60)and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm.RESULTS:The linear range of butin was 0.01～0.5 mg(r=0.999 9)and the average recovery was 93.6%(RSD=2.89%,n=9).CONCLUSION:The method is simple and accurate,and it is applicable for the quality control of butin in V.anthelmintica.更多还原
