【摘要】 目的:研究芒果苷与大鼠体外血浆蛋白结合率的测定方法。方法:血浆样品加入内标后用乙腈沉淀蛋白,进行高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析,采用平衡透析法测定大鼠血浆中芒果苷的血浆蛋白结合率。结果:低、中、高浓度下,芒果苷的24h血浆蛋白结合率分别为(50.0±1.9)%、(45.2±2.0)%和(45.9±2.1)%。结论:本方法灵敏度高、重复性好、操作简单,能满足分析要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study the assay method of in vitro plasma protein binding rate of mangiferin in rats.METHODS:The plasma samples which were added with internal standard(rutin)were deproteinized with acetonitrile and the supernatant was assayed by HPLC.The equilibrium dialysis was carried out to determine the plasma protein binding rate of mangiferin.RESULTS:The plasma protein binding rates of mangiferin at low,middle and high concentrations were(50.0±1.9)%,(45.2±2.0)% and(45.9±2.1)%,respectively.CONCLUSION:This assay method is sensitive,reproducible and simple,and it meets the requirement of analysis.更多还原
