紫外分光光度法测定夫洛丙酮片中主药的含量

【摘要】 目的:建立测定夫洛丙酮片中主药含量的方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以乙醇为溶剂,检测波长为286nm。结果:夫洛丙酮检测浓度的线性范围为10~60μg.mL-1(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.96%,RSD=0.62%。结论:本方法简便、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the determination of main component content in flopropione tablets.METHODS:The content of flopropione was determined by UV spectrophotometry with alcohol as solvent under a detective wavelength of 286 nm.RESULTS:The method showed a good linear relationship in the range of 10~60 μg·mL-1 (r=0.999 9) and the average recovery rate was 99.96% (RSD=0.62%).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,accurate and applicable for the quality control of flopropione tablets.
