【摘要】 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定癣净颗粒中苦参碱、氧化苦参碱含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为TikeginNH2氨基键合硅胶柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-无水乙醇-水(80∶10∶10),检测波长为220nm。结果:苦参碱、氧化苦参碱的进样量分别在0.0845～0.845μg(r=0.9999)、0.048～0.48μg(r=0.9995)范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系;苦参碱、氧化苦参碱的平均回收率分别为99.30%、97.35%,RSD分别为1.63%(n=6)、1.98%(n=6)。结论:本方法准确、简便,可用于癣净颗粒的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To determine the contents of matrine and oxymatrine in Xuanjing granules by HPLC.METHO-DS:The samples were separated on Tikegin NH2 amino bonded silica gel column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with the mobile ph-ase consisted of acetonitrile-dehydrated alcohol-water(80∶10∶10)under an detection wavelength of 220 nm.RESULTS:Te linear ranges of matrine and oxymatrine were 0.084 5～0.845 μg(r=0.999 9)and 0.048～0.48 μg(r=0.999 5),respectively,with their average recoveries at 99.30% and 97.35%,respectively and RSD at 1.63%(n=6)and 1.98%(n=6),respectively.CO-NCLUSION:This method was proved to be accurate,simple and applicable for the quality control of Xuanjing granules.更多还原
