【摘要】 目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定桂枝茯苓滴丸中桂皮醛含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Symmetry C₁₈（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（21:79）,流速为1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长为284 nm。结果:桂皮醛的检测浓度在4～40μg·mL^-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系（r=0.999 8）:平均回收率为99.39%,RSD=1.22（n=9）。结论:本方法简便、准确、精密度好,可用于桂枝茯苓滴丸的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of cinnamaldehyde in Guizhi fuling drop pills by RP - HPLC. METHODS:The determination was performed on Symmetry C₁₈（150 mm×4.6 mm,4μm） with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile 0.1%phosphoric acid solution（21:79） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was set at 284 nm.RESULTS:The linear range of cinnamaldehyde was 4～40μg·mL^-1（r =0.999 8） with an average recovery of 99.39% （RSD = 1.22,n = 9）.CONCLUSION:The established method is simple,accurate,precise and applicable for the quality control of Guizhi fuling drop pills.更多还原
