【摘要】 目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定复方首乌合剂中大黄素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C₁₈（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液（68:32）,检测波长为220 nm。结果:大黄素的检测浓度在7.8～78.0μg·mL^-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系（r=0.9998）;平均回收率为98.25%,RSD=1.09%（n=9）。结论:本法准确、灵敏、重现性好,可用于复方首乌合剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of the content of emodin in Compound shouwu mixture.METHODS:The determination was performed on Diamonsil C₁₈ column（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） with the mobile phase consisted of methanol- 0.1%phosphoric acid（68:32）.The detective wavelength was set at 220 nm.RESULTS: The linear range of emodin was 7.8～78.0μg·mL^-1（r= 0.999 8） with an average recovery rate of 98.25%（RSD = 1.09%,n=9）.CONCLUSION:The method is accurate,sensitive and reproducible,and it is applicable for the quality control of the Compound shouwu mixture.更多还原
