【摘要】 目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定维药通滞苏润江胶囊中秋水仙碱含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Shimadzu ODS VP(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.05mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾-甲醇(40:60),流速为1.0mL.min-1,紫外检测波长为350nm,柱温为30℃。结果:秋水仙碱的检测浓度在3.664～36.64μg.mL-1内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=1.0000);平均回收率为99.5%,RSD=0.47%(n=6)。结论:本法操作简便、结果可靠,可用于通滞苏润江胶囊的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of the content of colchicine in Tongzhi surunjiang capsule.METHODS:The determination was performed on Shimadzu ODS VP(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column with column temperature set at 30 ℃.The mobile phase consisted of potassium dihydrogen phosphate(0.05 mol·L-1)-methanol(40:60) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 350 nm.RESULTS:The linear range of colchicine was 3.664～36.64 μg·mL-1(r=1.000 0) and the average recovery was 99.5%(RSD=0.47%,n=6).CONCL-USION:The established method is simple and reliable and it can be used for the quality control of Tongzhi surunjiang capsule.更多还原
