起搏人群数字化管理系统的开发与应用

【摘要】 目的运用计算机信息管理技术开发专用软件和实施起搏人群数字化管理。方法利用PC机、Mi-crosoft XP2、Microsoft Access2003和Visual Basic 6.0,构建数据表,编制录入、查询、统计、打印等7个管理模块。录入400例植入起搏器/埋藏式心脏转复除颤器/心脏再同步化起搏患者的相关信息,进行程序试运行与数据库优化。结果开发出《起搏人群数字化管理系统》的数据库结构与管理程序模块。共设计887个字段,由12,350条程序行实现程序模块功能。应用该系统进行400例患者的相关信息管理后发现,该系统能保证资料的完整性、正确性、安全性并且利用率高,并能生成部分二次统计结果,同时该系统界面友好、简洁、易懂。结论起搏人群数字化管理系统提高了起搏患者的随访质量及效率,其保证的数据完整、安全、便捷。

【Abstract】 Objective To exploit special software and implement digital management for pacing patients by utilizing computer information system technology. Methods By utilizing the personal computer,Microsoft Windows XP2,Microsoft Access 2003 and Visual Basic 6.0,7 modules were compiled. There were input,inquiry,statistics,printing and so on. 400 patients’ information was collected,which implanted with pacemaker,implantable cardioverter defibrillator or cardiac resynchronization therapy. The program was run and the database was optimized. Results Digital management system for pacing patients included the database structure and the management program. The database was composed of 887 fields. The software included 12,353 program lines. After utilizing the system to 400 patients,it kept information integrity,correctness,security and effectiveness and it could get some part of the statistical results. In this system,the interface was concise,friendly and easy to understand. Conclusions Digital management system for pacing patients improves the quality and effectiveness in pacing patients. The digital data is integrity,security and convenient.
