【摘要】 目的探讨双泪小管—鼻插硅胶管法治疗泪小管断裂的手术方法和疗效。方法16例(16眼)外伤性泪小管断裂,在手术显微镜直视下寻找断端,以硅胶管为支撑物,另一端自上泪小管插入,两端均插入鼻泪管,于鼻腔拉出后结扎固定并藏于鼻腔内。结果3个月后拔管冲洗泪道均通畅,所有患者均对外观满意,能顺利配合治疗至拔管。结论双泪小管—鼻插硅胶管术治疗泪小管断裂,其固定牢靠,术后不影响患者的工作生活,外观满意,受到患者欢迎,具有临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To disscuss the effect of the application of bicanaliculo-nasal silicone intubation in the treatment of canalicular laceration. Methods Canaliculi breakages in 16 cases of canaliculi laceration were found and anastomosised with silicone tube in the lacrimal canaliculars under operation microscope and another end of the tube was implanted in the superior lacrimal canalicular. Both ends of the tube were pulled out from nasal cavity and fixed in it. Results 16 cases were all cured and tear ducts were unblocked after the tube was moved three months later. All patients were satisfied with their showing and could be treated with good cooperation till the tubes were moved. Conclusions The method of bicanaliculo-nasal silicone intubation has good clinical application value and is acceptable by the patients because of good stability and showing. It is a reliable and satisfactory method in canaliculoplasty.更多还原
