限饲对猪鸡生产性能、胴体品质和基因表达的影响
Effect of Feed Restriction on Performance, Carcass Trait and Gene Expression in Pig and Poultry Production
【摘要】 限饲是畜牧生产中一种常用的饲养管理和营养调控手段。本文综述了在商品猪、肉鸡生产中,限饲对其生产性能、胴体品质和基因表达的影响,以期为生产实践提供理论依据和参考。
【Abstract】 Feed restriction is an important husbandry tool. This paper reviewed effect of feed restriction on performance, carcass trait and gene expression in pig and chicken production, and further gave suggestions and referrences for production.
