医用空气净化消毒器研制与消毒效果观察

【摘要】 目的研制医用多因子组合空气净化消毒器,观察其对室内空气净化和消毒效果。方法采用多因子组合原理设计空气净化器,并采用仪器法对其净化和消毒效果进行了观察。结果由过滤网、带光触媒高效过滤器和红外加热器等因子组成空气净化器,循环风量达1000 m3/h。在20 m3的密闭气雾室内启动该空气净化消毒器运行30 m in,对空气中人工污染的白色葡萄球菌消除率达到99.95%以上。开机消毒运行60 m in,对90 m3密闭室内空气中自然菌的消除率平均达96%以上;开机净化运行90 m in,对室内空气中颗粒物的清除率可达96.0%。结论该多因子组合空气净化消毒器对室内空气中尘埃捕集性能较好、对室内人工污染细菌和自然菌都具有较强清除效果。

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a medical multifactorial combination air purifying disinfector and observe its purification and disinfection efficacy in treating indoor air.Methods The principle of multifactorial combination was employed to design air purifying disinfector.The instrumental method was used to observe its purification and disinfection efficacy.Results The air purifying disinfector was composed of filter cloth,highly efficient filter with photocatalase and infrared heater.The circulating air attained 1000 m3/h.Operation of the air purifying disinfector for 30 min in a closed misty room of 20 m3 killed over 99.95% of Staphylococcus albus artificially sprayed in air.Operation of the air purifying disinfector for 60 min in a closed room of 90 m3 eradicated over 96% of natural bacteria in indoor air and operation for 90 min in a closed room of 90 m3 removed 96.0% of dust particles in indoor air.Conclusions The multifactorial combination air purifying disinfector has good efficacy in removing dust and has high efficacy in killing artificially sprayed bacteria and natural bacteria in indoor air.
