【摘要】 目的观察一种稳定型含氯消毒剂的消毒性能及其毒性,为其推广应用提供安全性依据。方法通过悬液定量杀菌试验和动物试验方法,对该消毒剂的实验室杀菌效果和毒性进行了试验研究。结果用含有效氯1000mg/L的稳定型含氯消毒剂,分别对悬液内大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 m in和10m in,平均杀灭对数值均大于5.0。该稳定型含氯消毒剂对小鼠急性经口LD50均大于5000 mg/kg(体重)。含有效氯1000mg/L的稳定型含氯消毒剂对动物完整皮肤刺激指数为与皮肤刺激致敏性均为0。结论该稳定型含氯消毒剂对细菌繁殖体具有较强的杀菌能力;该消毒剂属于实际无毒级物质,对皮肤无刺激性和致敏性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the disinfection property and toxicity of a stable chlorine disinfectant in order to provide safety data for its application.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal test were used to evaluate the disinfection property and toxicity of the stable chlorine disinfectant.Results The stable chlorine disinfectant containing available chlorine 1000 mg/L with a contact time of 5 minutes and 10 minutes reached an average extermination logarithm value >5 for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in suspension respectively.The mouse acute oral LD50 of the disinfectant was >5000 mg/kg·bw.Both the skin irritating and sensitization indexes to the animal intact skin were zero.Conclusions The stable chlorine disinfectant has strong disinfection property in killing vegetative forms of bacteria,and has no irritating and sensitizing effects on skin.It belongs to the substance of practically non-toxic class.更多还原
