【摘要】 目的了解以乙醇为主要成份的快速手消毒剂的杀菌效果及其毒性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物毒性试验进行实验室研究。结果用含体积分数80%乙醇的快速手消毒剂对悬液内大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用1 min,平均杀灭对数值均>5.00;对白色念珠菌作用1 min,杀灭对数值>4.00。该快速手消毒剂对小鼠急性经口LD50值为12.6 g/kg体重,属实际无毒级。原液对家兔皮肤刺激反应总积分均值为零,为无刺激性。结论该快速手消毒剂具有良好的杀菌作用,动物毒性试验属无毒及无刺激性物质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of the a fast hand disinfectant containing ethanol as the main gemicidal ingredient.Methods Suspension quantitative gemicidal test and animal toxicity test were used to carry out laboratory study.Results The average killing logarithm value of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in suspension exposed to the disinfectant containing 80%(v/v) ethanol for 1 min was >5.00.The killing logarithm value of Candida albicans exposed to the same disinfectant for 1 min was >4.00.The mouse oral toxicity LD50 of the disinfectant was 12.6 g/kg·bw,which belongs to practically non-toxic class.The stock solution of the disinfectant was not irritating to skin of healthy rabbit.Conclusions The fast hand disinfectant has good germicidal efficacy.Mouse acute oral toxicity test showed that it belongs to practically non-toxic class.It is not irritating to skin.更多还原
