某多层线路板生产项目职业病危害控制效果评价

【摘要】 目的对某多层线路板生产线作业场所存在的职业病危害控制效果进行评价。方法依据《工业企业设计卫生标准》《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》,采用现场职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查等方法进行评价。结果化学性有毒气体、粉尘和噪声是线路板生产的主要职业病危害因素。其中,盐酸的浓度为0.53~15.60mg/m3,超过国家卫生标准(7.5mg/m3);其余作业点粉尘和化学性有毒气体浓度符合国家卫生标准;噪声作业点合格率为96.3%。结论该项目职业病危害因素的防护措施可行、有效,但需加强对化学性有毒气体及噪声的职业病危害控制措施。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate control effect of occupational hazards in the production project of multilayer printed circuit board,and provide scientific evidences for the inspection by health administrative departments on the construction project. Methods According to Hygienic Standards for the Design of Industrial Enterprise (GBZ 1-2002) and Specifications of Air Sampling for Hazardous Substances Monitoring in the Workplace(GBZ 159-2004),The methods of field investigation ,risk factors detection ,occupational health surveillance were carried out. Results The major occupational risk factors were chemical poisons,dust and noise. Values of chemical poison and dust met the national standards except HCl(0.53-15.60 mg/m3).The qualified rate of noise monitoring was 96.3%;Conclusion The protective measures on occupational diseases in the construction project are feasible and effective. But more effective measures should be taken to control the risk of chemical poisons and noise.
