【Abstract】 Lactic acid bacteria are generally regared as safety,however,they can cause endocarditis,bacteremia and localized infection diseases under immunosuppression,immaturity of intestinal tract development and damage of intestinal epithelium.The progress on the study of pathogenicity and antibiotic resistance gene transfer of lactic acid bacteria were summarized in this paper,with an aim to arouse caution about using lactic acid bacteria as the therapy for special patients.更多还原
