【摘要】 目的:研究甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:随机将90例糖尿病周围神经病变患者等分为3组,在严格控制血糖的基础上,分别予维生素B12、甲钴胺500μg/d或甲钴胺1000μg/d治疗,共2周,于治疗前后测定神经传导速度。结果:治疗后患者的麻木、疼痛、感觉异常症状均有明显改善,甲钴胺治疗组神经传导速度有不同程度的提高,大剂量甲钴胺治疗组疗效尤为明显。结论:甲钴胺可以有效改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状及神经传导速度,恢复周围神经功能,大剂量甲钴胺疗效尤为显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of methylcobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) . Methods:90 patients with DPN were randomly divided into two treatment groups and a control group .With glucose controlled strictly,treatment group(60) were given in addition to by methylcobalamin for two weeks.Results:The improvement of the clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity in treatment group were superior to those in control group . Conclusion:The use of methylcobalamin is effective in improving the clinical symptoms and NCV in DPN patients.更多还原
