【摘要】 目的:观察萘替芬酮康唑乳膏外用治疗儿童体癣的疗效和安全性。方法:选取12岁以下临床表现典型、经真菌检查确诊的体癣患儿18例,给予萘替芬酮康唑乳膏外用,每日1次,连用2周。观察停药时及停药2周后的临床疗效及真菌清除率,以及用药时及用药后的疗效、药物不良反应及耐受性。结果:停药时及停药2周后,全部患者达临床治愈。真菌学清除率达100%。除1例患儿用药3d后局部红斑加重外,无药物不良反应出现。结论:萘替芬酮康唑乳膏治疗儿童体癣临床疗效好,真菌学清除率高,不良反应轻微。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine efficacy and safeness of natifine hydrochloride and ketoconnazole cream in treatment of tinea corporios in children.Methods:Natifine hydrochloride and ketoconnazole cream was applied to 18 cases of children who had infected tinea corporios,which was verified by clinical and mycological examination.It was applied once a day for two weeks.Curative effect,fungus clearance rate and side effect were observed at the end of treatment and 2 weeks after.Results:Curative ratio and mycological clearance rate were both 100% at the end of treatment and two weeks after.No significant side effects were noted.Conclusion:Natifine hydrochloride and ketoconnazole cream shows excellent curative effects,high mycological clearance rate and minimal side effect in treatment of tinea corporios in children.更多还原
