体位对早产儿肺炎的影响

【摘要】 目的:评价俯卧位通气对早产儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法:2006年5月~2007年12月雅安市人民医院新生儿科收住的62例早产肺炎患儿,随机采取仰、俯卧位,检测呼吸频率、氧浓度指标,并进行比较。采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:俯卧位呼吸频率明显低于仰卧位[(53.3±7.4)/minvs(59.1±10.4)/min],吸入氧浓度明显低于仰卧位[(30.2±5.1)/minvs(39.5±7.0)/min]。结论:俯卧位可降低患儿的呼吸频率、氧浓度,俯卧位为早产儿肺炎患儿的适宜体位。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of supine and prone position on lung mechanics in the preterm infants with pneumonia to find a suitable position to the neonates with pneumonia. Methods:From May 2006 to December 2007, 62 preterm infants with pneumonia were put on supine,prone randomly and we detected their breathing frequency and oxygen concentration, then compared them. Results: Respiratory rate in the prone position group was significantly lower than in the supine [(53.3±7.4)/min vs (59.1±10.4)/min];fraction of inspired oxygen in the prone position was significantly lower than in the supine position [(30.2±5.1)/min vs (39.5±7.0)/min]. Conclusion: The prone position may not only decrease the respiratory rate but also decrease fraction of inspired oxygen in the preterm infants with pneumonia. It salggests that the prone position is the suitable position to the preterm infants with pneumonia.
