【摘要】 目的:探讨辨证施护对脾胃虚寒型胃痛疗效的影响。方法:将51例脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者随机分为辨证施护组(25例)和常规护理组(26例);对辨证施护组患者在常规护理基础上行情志调护,饮食调护,针刺治疗,止痛等护理措施。结果:辨证施护组、常规护理组总有效率分别为96.00%、88.46%(P<0.05)。结论:对脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者行辨证施护,能明显提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the effect of Chinese traditional medicine differentiation nursing in spleen-stomach weak-coled stomachache.Methods:51 spleen-stomach weak-coled stomachache patients were randomly divided into differentiation nursing group(25 examples) and normal unursing group(26 examples) .Based on normal nursing treatment,differentiation nursing group used psychological treatment,diet,acupuncture treatment,relieving pain treatment et al.Results:The normal unursing group and differentiation nursing group have fully recovered rate with 88.46%,96.00% respectively(P<0.05) .Conclusion:Spleen-stomach weak-coled stomachache patients used Chinese traditional medicine differentiation nursing.It improved the effect conspicuously.更多还原
