【摘要】 目的:分析测定不同商品地桑叶中芦丁的含量,为桑叶资源的开发、利用提供科学依据。方法:以甲醇为溶剂,采用高效液相色谱法,对不同商品地来源的中药桑叶中的芦丁进行了含量测定。结果:5个不同商品地桑叶中的芦丁含量在0.06～0.35 g之间,差5倍以上。结论:不同来源的中药桑叶中芦丁的含量差别明显,在开发、利用桑叶时应注意选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the different commodities to the determination of rutin content in mulberry leaves, mulberry leaves resources for the development and utilization to provide a scientific basis.Methods:Methanol as the solvent, the use of high-performance liquid chromatography,the different sources of goods to the chinese mulberry leaves in a determination of rutin.Results:The five different commodities to the rutin content of leaves in between 0.06～0.35 g, more than 5 times worse.Conclusion:The different sources of medicine rutin content of leaves in the clear differences in the development and utilization should be attention to the selection of mulberry leaves.更多还原
