【摘要】 目的:探讨食管癌术后乳糜胸有效的诊治和预防的方法。方法:回顾性分析了2000年1月～2008年12月收治的899例食管癌中术后8例并发乳糜胸患者的临床资料。结果:8例患者中,保守治疗2例,1例痊愈,1例死亡;手术治疗6例,均治愈。结论:食管上中段癌根治术中常规行胸导管预防性结扎,有防止或减少术后乳糜胸的作用。对于食道癌术后乳糜胸的患者,保守治疗仍未能改善的,果断实施手术治疗是较为积极有效的治疗措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effective prevention and therapeutic methods for postoperative chylothorax of esophageal carcinoma. Methods:Clinical data from 8 cases of postoperative chylothorax in 899 cases of esophageal carcinoma receiving operation from January 2000 to December 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results:2 cases were treated by conventional method,1 died and 1 was cured,6 cases received operation and were cured. Conclusion:For radical correction of upper and middle esophageal carcinoma,thoracic duct should be routinely ligated to prevent and diminish postoperative chylothorax. For patients with postoperative chylothorax,if conventional method was not effective,operation was an effective and active measurement.更多还原
