【摘要】 目的:总结多功能胸腹腔穿刺装置的临床应用效果和经验。方法:选择患有胸腔积液、腹水或者气胸需要进行穿刺的患者为对象,应用多功能胸腹腔穿刺装置代替传统的胸腔穿刺针和腹腔穿刺针进行胸腔穿刺术或者腹腔穿刺术,穿刺成功后进行胸腔或者腹腔抽液、注入药物、冲洗或者胸腔抽气。结果:应用多功能胸腹腔穿刺装置共进行穿刺患者126人次,穿刺成功并满足要求者122人次,成功率96.83%。结论:多功能胸腹腔穿刺装置用途比较广泛,操作容易掌握,成功率高,节省人力,疗效满意,不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the clinical efficacy and experience of multifunctional thoracentesis and abdominal paracentesis device.Methods:choose the patients with hydrothorax, ascites, or pneumathorax who need to puncture as the targets.And use multifunctional thoracentesis and abdominal paracentesis devices to substitute the traditional needles to carry on puncture.After the puncture succeeds.We aspirate the fluid from the thoracic cavity or the abdominal cavity,inject the drugs, douche or aspirate the gas from the thoracic cavity.Results:A total of 126 patients are punctured with multifunctional thoracentesis and abdominal paracentesis devices, of which punctureing successly and meeting the requirement is 122 patients, the successful rate is 96.83%.Conclusion:The multifunctional thoracentesis and abdominal paracentesis device is wider use, easier master, higher success rate,lower manpower, better efficacy and fewer adverse reaction.更多还原
