【摘要】 目的:分析冰冻切片病理诊断准确性及影响因素。方法:收集4780例冰冻切片诊断结果和常规病理组织学诊断结果进行对比分析。结果;冰冻切片诊断准确率在98.1%(4690/4780),其中优片率达81%(3872/4780)。结论:冰冻切片质量对病理诊断准确性影响较大,对手术中确定病变性质和选择合理的治疗方案具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the accuracy and effective factors of pathological diagnosis for frozen section pathological diagnosis. Methods:Frozen sections from 4 780 cases and routine pathohistological examined result were analyzed.Results: The accuracy of frozen section on benign,inciderline and malignant were 98.1%(4 689/4 780) and 81%(3 872/4 780) respectively.Conclusion:The results suggest frozen section play an important role in the nature of lesions which was decided and schema of operation was sele.更多还原
