【摘要】 采用文献研究、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,将"北理工模式"以及我国高素质足球人才的培养模式作为研究对象,同时选取参加2007年全国大学生运动会足球比赛决赛阶段的教练员、大学生运动员进行问卷分析,就关于"北理工模式"培养我国高素质足球人才问题进行研究。研究认为,我国传统的后备人才培养模式对系统、有计划地培养足球运动员有一定优势,但同时存在许多缺点。必须打破传统的培养模式,使运动员的培养与高等教育结合起来,使大学成为培养足球运动员和高素质足球人才的重要基地。"北理工模式"对于探索新时期我国足球运动后备人才培养途径,具有积极的理论和实践意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the methods of literature review,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper studied the "BIT model" and the cultivating high-quality football talents way in China,and made the questionnaire analysis of coaches and athletes from the 2007 national university football match.The traditional model contained certain advantages for cultivating football talents systemically,but exist much weakness in the meantime.If we want to change this kind of situation,traditional system must be broken.Combining athlete’s raise and higher education,and making the university become the base to raise football player."BIT model" has important meaning to explore football reserve personnel training way,and has the positive theoretical and the practice significance.更多还原
