顺序注射氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定面酱中的总砷

【摘要】 文章建立了顺序注射氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定面酱中总砷的分析方法。研究了仪器条件和测定条件对总砷测定结果的影响,并探讨了共存离子的干扰。在选定的最佳工作条件下,方法的检出限为0.24 ng/mL,线性范围0~80 ng/mL。用该方法测定了不同的面酱产品,相对标准偏差为1.64%~6.04%,加标回收率为93.4%~101.3%。

【Abstract】 A method for determination of total arsenic in pasta sauce by sequence injection hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry has been developed in this paper.The effect of instrument and measurement conditions on the total arsenic were studied.The influence from coexistent elements was also investigated.Under the optimum conditions,the detection limit was 0.24 ng/mL,the linear ranger was 0~80 ng/mL.The method has been used to determine total arsenic in different flour paste.The relative standard deviation was 1.64%~6.04%,the recovery rate was 93.4%~101.3%.
