骨头汤主要加工设备的研究应用
Research and application of the processing equipment of bone soup
【摘要】 我国在宴席上素有"无汤不成席"的习惯,我们以鸡骨、猪骨和牛骨为原料开发方便的骨头汤系列制品,对骨头汤工业化生产的加工主要设备、应用及其工艺要求进行阐述。
【Abstract】 In China,there is a proverb: "it can’t be called a delicious feast without soup".In this paper,chicken bones,pig bones and bull bones were used as raw material to research and development bone soup.This paper mainly studies the key equipments and technological requirements in the industrial production of bone soup.
