食品安全管理体系在发酵调味品中的应用
The application of the management system of food security in the fermented flavoring
【摘要】 通过分析原辅料可能存在的危害、产品生产过程中可能存在的显著危害,找出安全控制措施,保证发酵调味品的食品安全。
【Abstract】 Through the analyses to the hazards existed in the raw materials and accessories and the hazards probably existed in the producing process, the safe controlling measures are found out and the food security of the fermented flavoring is guaranteed.
