【摘要】 目的:研究两面针[Zanthoxylum nitidum(Roxb.)DC.]根和茎的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析及Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术分离并纯化化合物,根据理化性质及波谱技术进行鉴定结构。结果:从两面针根和茎的乙醇提取物中分离得到两个苯并菲啶类生物碱,分别命名为:8-(2’-环己酮)-7,8-二氢白屈菜红碱(1)和8-(1’-羟基乙基)-7,8-二氢白屈菜红碱(2)。结论:化合物1为新化合物。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To study the chemical constituents of the roots and stems of Zanthoxylum nitidum(Roxb.) DC..METHODS:Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography were used to isolate and purify the constituents.Various spectroscopic analyses were involved to elucidate the structures.RESULTS:Two benzoc-phenanthridine alkaloids, named 8-(2’-cyclohexanone)-7, 8-dihydrochelerythrine(1) along with a known compound 8-(1’-hydroxyethyl)-7, 8-dihydrochelerythrine(2) were isolated from this plant.CONCLUSION:Compound 1 was a new compound.更多还原
