【摘要】 随着互联网和移动通信网的逐渐普及,视频交互式多媒体业务迅速发展,带来了庞大的市场和产业价值,成为未来通信业务新的增长点。本文首先介绍了国内外视频交互式多媒体业务的开展情况,然后,从共性技术、基础标准、系统标准和系统平台四个方面详细介绍了视频交互式多媒体业务的技术体系。近年来视频交互式多媒体业务技术变化日新月异,新技术层出不穷,极大地提高了业务的服务质量。本文最后着重介绍了视频交互式多媒体业务中的虚拟现实技术、视频转码技术、多媒体检索技术及基于视觉特性的高效视频编码技术等方面的最新技术进展及其给视频交互式多媒体业务所带来的变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 with the gradual popularization of the Internet and mobile communication network, the Video Interactive Multimedia Service gets a huge market and brings a great industrial value, and will become the main part of future communication business growth. This paper fi rst introduces the Video Interactive Multimedia Service at home and abroad, and then, describes the technical system in detail from four aspects which include generic techniques, basic standards, system standards and system platform. The techniques behind the Video Interactive Multimedia Service chang quickly, and are improving the quality of service greatly, so at last, this paper focuses on the advances in virtual reality technology, video transcoding technology, multimedia retrieval technology and high-performance video coding technology based on HVS characteristics, and these technical innovations cause the changes in the Video Interactive Multimedia Service.更多还原
