N乙酰半胱氨酸对糖尿病大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞亚群及相关因子的影响

【摘要】 观察灌胃给予N乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)后糖尿病(DM)大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞亚群及相关因子的变化,发现NAC可能具有调节DM大鼠免疫功能,并通过纠正其免疫失衡保护机体的作用。

【Abstract】 The study on the changes of spleen lymphocyte subgroups and some related factors in diabetic rats after giving N-acetylcysteine through intragastric administration showed that Nacetylcysteine could regulate the immune function in diabetic rats,and rectify the immunological imbalance,and achieve protection of rats.
