糖尿病前期人群糖负荷后1小时血糖切点及其与胰岛β细胞功能关系的探讨
Investigation of cut point of OGTT-1hPG for prediabetes and the relation of 1hPG with the function of β cell
【摘要】 目的探讨非糖尿病(DM)人群糖负荷后1小时血糖(1hPG)的切点及其与胰岛β细胞功能的关系。方法以OGTT1hPG值为8.0mmol/L和10.5mmol/L为界将非DM人群分为三组,比较各组胰岛β细胞功能和相关指标。结果 (1)1hPG>8.0mmol/L时,HOMA-β、△I/△G、30min Ins和AUC30Ins低于1hPG<8.0mmol/L组(P<0.05或P<0.01),HOMA-IR高于1hPG<8.0mmol/L组(P<0.05);(2)1hPG>10.5mmol/L时胰岛β细胞功能和相关指标改变更明显。结论 1hPG>8.0mmol/L时有胰岛β细胞功能改变、早相胰岛素分泌减少及外周胰岛素抵抗存在,1hPG>10.5mmol/L时这些改变更明显。推测8.0mmol/L可能为1hPG的切点。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the cut point of OGTT-one hour plasma glucose(1hPG) tor prediabetes and the relationship of lhPG with the function of β cell.Methods Patients with prediabetes were divided into three groups of A:1hPG <8.0;B:8.0<1hPG<10.5;C:1hPG>10.5mmol/L.The function of beta cell and correlated index were compared.Results HOMA-β,ΔI/ΔG,30min Ins and AUC30Ins were lower in B and C group than in A group (P<0.05 or P<0.01),HOMA-IR were higher in B and C than in A group(P<0.05).The changes of function of beta cell and the correlated index were more obvious in C group.Conclusions The early phase insulin secretion is decreased with insulin resistance increase when 1hPG exceeds 8.0mmol/L.These changes are obvious when 1hPG exceeds 10.5mmol/L.So we presume 8.0mmol/L may be the cut point of 1hPG for prediabetes.
