2型糖尿病患者24小时动态血糖变化与糖化血红蛋白水平的相关性
The correlation of blood glucose profile within 24h with the level of HbA1 c in type 2 diabetic patients
【摘要】 目的探讨T2DM患者24小时动态血糖变化与HbA1 c水平之间的相关性。方法根据HbA1 c水平将578名T2DM患者分为4个组,采用动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)监测患者全天血糖。结果组内分析湿示,仅在7.5%≤HbA1 c<10.0%组及HbA1 c≥10.0%组内HbA1 c水平和高血糖曲线下面积、高血糖持续时间、平均血糖及血糖波动幅度呈正相关;仅在HbA1 c<6.5%组内HbA1 c水平和空腹状态低血糖曲线下面积及持续时间呈负相关。结论当HbA1 c处于不同区间内时,HbA1 c水平与高血糖及低血糖暴露、平均血糖水平及血糖波动幅度的相关性不同。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between blood glucose profile within 24h and HbA1c in patients with T2DM. Methods 578 patients with T2DM were divided into 4 groups according to HbA1c levels. Blood glucose profiles within 24h were recorded by continuous glucose monitoring system. Results The correlation of HBA1c with area under the curve(AUC) of hyperglycemia,duration of hyperglycemia,mean blood glucose and amplitude of blood glucose fluctuation was significant only in 7.5%HbA1c<10.0% group and HbA1c≥10.0% group (r=0.206~0.477, all P<0.05). The correlation of HbA1c with AUC and duration of fasting hypoglycemia was significant in HbA1c<6.5% group only(r=-0.275,-0.363, respectively,all P<0.05). Conclusions The correlation between HbA1c and blood glucose profile is statistically significant when HbA1c is in different range.
