【摘要】 目的探讨T2DM患者24小时动态血糖变化与HbA₁ c水平之间的相关性。方法根据HbA₁ c水平将578名T2DM患者分为4个组,采用动态血糖监测系统（CGMS）监测患者全天血糖。结果组内分析湿示,仅在7.5%≤HbA₁ c<10.0%组及HbA₁ c≥10.0%组内HbA₁ c水平和高血糖曲线下面积、高血糖持续时间、平均血糖及血糖波动幅度呈正相关;仅在HbA₁ c<6.5%组内HbA₁ c水平和空腹状态低血糖曲线下面积及持续时间呈负相关。结论当HbA₁ c处于不同区间内时,HbA₁ c水平与高血糖及低血糖暴露、平均血糖水平及血糖波动幅度的相关性不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between blood glucose profile within 24h and HbA₁c in patients with T2DM. Methods 578 patients with T2DM were divided into 4 groups according to HbA₁c levels. Blood glucose profiles within 24h were recorded by continuous glucose monitoring system. Results The correlation of HBA₁c with area under the curve（AUC） of hyperglycemia,duration of hyperglycemia,mean blood glucose and amplitude of blood glucose fluctuation was significant only in 7.5%HbA₁c<10.0% group and HbA₁c≥10.0% group （r=0.206～0.477, all P<0.05）. The correlation of HbA₁c with AUC and duration of fasting hypoglycemia was significant in HbA₁c<6.5% group only（r=-0.275,-0.363, respectively,all P<0.05）. Conclusions The correlation between HbA₁c and blood glucose profile is statistically significant when HbA₁c is in different range.更多还原
