运动干预对大鼠骨骼肌mTOR与P70S6K磷酸化的影响
Effects of exercise on mTOR and P70S6K phosphorylation in skeletal muscle of rats
【摘要】 运动干预增加大鼠骨骼肌核糖体蛋白S6激酶(P70S6K)及哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)的磷酸化水平,改善P70S6K mRNA表达,降低血液胰岛素浓度(P均<0.05)。提示运动干预可能通过增加mTOR与P70S6K活性,提高骨骼肌对胰岛素的敏感性。
【Abstract】 The levels of mTOR and P70S6K phosphorylation were significantly higher in rats of exercise(P<0.05), and P70S6K mRNA was increased in exercise group(P<0.05). Compared with control group, blood insulin concentration was decreased with exercise. The result suggested that exercise could increase muscle responsiveness to insulin by improving the mTOR and P70S6K phosphorylation and PT0S6K mRNA expression.
