石墨增强TiO2光催化性能研究

【摘要】 以钛酸四丁酯和层状石墨为原料,通过高能球磨以及溶胶凝胶法制备了TiO2/石墨复合样品。比较了紧密结合的TiO2/石墨复合样品与疏松结合的TiO2/石墨复合样品以及纯的TiO2样品的光催化性能,讨论了石墨对TiO2光催化性能的增强机理。结果表明,紧密结合的TiO2/石墨复合样品对甲基橙的光催化降解速率与疏松结合的TiO2/石墨复合样品以及纯的TiO2样品相比有显著增强,说明石墨在复合样品中起到了分离电子-空穴对的作用。

【Abstract】 TiO2/Graphite composite was synthesized via high energy milling and sol-gel route using butyl titanate and layered graphite as raw material.Photocatalytic activity of tightly integrated TiO2/Graphite composite sample,loosely integrated TiO2/Graphite composite sample and pure TiO2 sample were compared.The mechanism of the enhancement of TiO2 photocatalytic activity with graphite was discussed.The result indicated that the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange of tightly integrated TiO2/Graphite composite sample was significantely stronger than that of the loosely integrated TiO2/Graphite composite sample and pure TiO2 sample.This phenomena suggests that graphite in composite sample can separate the electron-vacant couple.
