Ca[(Li1/3Nb2/3)1-xZr3x]O3-δ陶瓷微波介电特性
MICROWAVE DIELECTRIC PROPERTIES OF Ca[(Li1/3Nb2/3)1-xZr3x]O3-δ CERAMICS
【摘要】 研究了B位Zr4+取代对Ca[(Li1/3Nb2/3)1-xZr3x]O3-δ(0.02≤x≤0.1,CLNZ)陶瓷的微观结构及微波介电特性的影响。当0.02≤x≤10mol%时,体系为单一钙钛矿相.随Zr4+含量的增加,品质因素下降,谐振频率温度系数由-16.3ppm/℃增加到-7.3ppm/℃,而品质因素下降.分析了谐振频率温度系数(τf)随容忍因子(t)的变化关系。当Zr4+含量为5mol%时,陶瓷微波介电性能最佳:εr=31.6,Qf=13100GHz,τf=-9.4ppm/℃。
【Abstract】 Crystal structure and microwave dielectric properties of Ca[(Li1/3Nb2/3)1-xZr3x]O3-δ(0.0 ≤ x ≤0.1,CLNZ) ceramics were investigated. A single phase with orthorhombic perovskite structure was obtained at x=0.0 ~ 0.15. With an increasing of Zr4+ content,the Qf value decreased and the τf value decreased from-9.4ppm / ℃ to-15.8ppm/ ℃. The variation of τf with tolerance factor was discussed. When x=0.05,the optimum microwave dielectric properties:εr=31.6,Qf =13100GHz and τf =-9.4ppm/℃.
