深圳地铁隧道施工的膨胀剂非爆破开挖方案
Non-blasting Excavation Method with Expanding Agent Used in Shenzhen Metro Tunnel Construction
【摘要】 矿山法施工中,大管棚支护工艺常因前方伸入富含水砂层而导致施工面涌水、坍塌,或由于周边环境限制不能采用常规爆破施工,而且在大管棚施工时需上挑设置管棚工作室,增大开挖工作量,施工后还需用混凝土回填。本方案以深圳地铁某工程矿山法施工为例,在大管棚穿透黏土层进入富含水砂层导致地下水涌入、拱顶塌陷和长距离穿越建筑物的情况下,根据地质情况,采用双排超前小导管加掌子面注浆加固支护和非爆破开挖(静爆法)等施工工艺,减少了大管棚工作室的开挖和回填工作,又避免了爆破施工对环境的振动影响,确保了工程顺利施工。
【Abstract】 The pipe shed technology will always cause the construction site water gushing, collapse due to the head entering into the water carrier when using mining method. And the usual blasting method cannot be used in the construction for the limits of the surroundings. Moreover, it is necessary to set up a service depot which not only increasing excavation work load but also needing concrete backfilling. In a case of Shenzhen Metro project using mining method, the construction site appeared the serious problems above-mentioned under the condition of crossing buildings with long distance. According to the local geologic circumstances, the project was changed to use other construction technologies to guarantee the construction successfully such as double advancing small pipe with grouting on the tunnel face and the non-blasting excavation method, which reducing the work load and avoiding vibration influence to the surroundings,
