【Abstract】 The existing buildings removal has brought a great deal of construction waste in Shanghai Expo Area.The construction residue was formed from the mixing of those old buildings and the site undisturbed soil.Combined with the practical project,the HEC(high strength and water stability earth consolidator) has been proved to be used successfully in the subgrade strenthening treatment and the design and construction process of semi-rigid base in Shanghai Expo Area roads.更多还原
