1型鸭肝炎病毒E53株和HP-1株全基因组序列分析

【摘要】 根据已发表的1型鸭肝炎病毒(DHV-1)基因组序列设计并合成引物,通过RT-PCR方法对DHV-1 E53株和HP-1株的基因组序列进行分段扩增并测序。BLAST分析确定为DHV-1型基因组序列,GenBank登录号分别为EF151313和EF151312。E53株与已发表的参考毒株的核苷酸同源性为94.6%~99.4%;HP-1株与已发表的参考毒株的核苷酸同源性为94.4%~99.6%。系统进化树分析结果表明,E53株与北京BJ株进化关系最近;HP-1株与R85952株进化关系最近。

【Abstract】 The genome sequences of duck hepatitis virus type1(DHV-1) E53 and HP-1 strains were amplified by RT-PCR using primers designed according to the conserved region of DHV-1 genome.After being sequenced,the genome sequences of DHV-1 E53 and HP-1 strains were analyzed by BLAST software.The results showed that these two strains were classified into DHV-1 and the genome sequences were submitted to GenBank and given the accession numbers EF151313 and EF151312,respectively.The genome sequence of E53 strain shared 94.6% to 99.4% identity with those of the reference strains,while the genome sequence of HP-1 strain shared 94.4% to 99.6% identity with those of the reference strains.Phylogenetic analysis indicated that the E53 strain was close to BJ strain,while the HP-1 strain was close to R85952 strain.
