【摘要】 为了解黑龙江省奶牛场牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)的感染情况,采用已建立的BVDV NS3蛋白抗体间接ELISA方法对采自黑龙江省内不同地区的4个奶牛养殖场2006～2008年的1 388份血清样本进行了BVDV抗体检测。结果显示,4个奶牛养殖场这3年的平均BVDV血清阳性率分别为54.66%、57.68%和62.90%。提示,在黑龙江省奶牛养殖场中BVDV感染率较高,并且呈逐年上升趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 To survey the prevalence of bovine viral diarrhea virus(BVDV) on dairy cow farms in Heilongjiang Province,1 388 serum samples,which were collected from four dairy cow farms from 2006 to 2008,were determined by an indirect ELISA for the antibody to BVDV NS3 protein.The average positive rate of the serum samples were 54.66%,57.68% and 62.90% from 2006 to 2008,respectively.The result demonstrated that the BVDV infection rate was in high level and would increase gradually year by year in Heilongjiang Province.更多还原
